Blanket of Green
This image was taken on the 1st of two incredible mornings of fog in early summer / late spring of 2020. I was just walking back to the car and to be perfectly honest it wasn’t a shot I thought a lot about. I had taken a similar shot a few years ago and liked the curved silver birch. It was a case of all the elements of atmosphere, time of year and opportunity lining up.

This image is printed on Fotospeed NST bright White 315gsm paper and looks amazing. It is part of a limited edition of 50 in A3, 10 in A2 and A1.
I was taken with my Nikon Z7 and 24-70mm F2.8 Lens at F9. It is an amazing image when printed big as the detail the f2.8 24-70 lens captures edge to edge is so good.
